STEP1　Please contact us with your any problems!

First, Please tell us your ploblems with phone or email.

Then, We would be if you could tell us a lot of infomation.

（content of the your problem, your name, your adress,

installation location,manufacture, size, erectric or manual, and so on.)

We arrange a schedule for the survey when we understand the situation.

(If possible, we tell you rough estmate at that time.)

　STEP2　Field Survey

　The staff member will be there at the appointed time.

　Then.I explain fault condition, details of repair, that I can fix it on the spot or not.

　I temporary repairs depending on the situation.

(I tell you how much does it cost in advance.)

　STEP3　Quotation

　I make a quotation and send you it by e-mail,

fax or post.

　If you have any qestions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

　ご発注の際は同送の注文書（発注書）に必要事項を記入の上、返信いただけると幸いです。

　注文書を確認次第、品物を発注させていただき納期が分かり次第、工事日のお打合せをさせていただきます。

（納期の目安としては軽量シャッター10日　中量シャッター20日　重量シャッター30日程です）

　STEP4　シャッター工事

　お打合せさせていただきました工事日にお伺いいたします。

　工事時は、シャッター周りの物は移動していただけると助かります。（特に車庫の場合はお車が近くにあると施工できません。）

　工事の時もお客様のほうで気になることがございましたら、どんどんご質問のほうお受けいたします。

　来る前よりも現場をきれいにして帰るのが弊社のモットーとしております。

　工事完了後は、請求書をお渡しいたします。

　お支払いは、当日現金またはお振込み（期日末締めの翌末日）でお願いいたします。

　STEP5　アフターフォロー

　施工完了後に万が一不具合がありましたら遠慮せずご連絡ください。

　基本的には1年の保証をつけさせていただきますのでご安心ください。

　（自然要因、人的要因などの場合は除きます。）
